In a pro bono capacity, KRC Research recently surveyed current and prospective donors on behalf of Greater Boston Legal Services (GBLS). KRC’s work was designed to help them better understand the mindset of their current and prospective donors as well as test how to optimize their messaging and communications approach in order to assist them in getting the word out about the phenomenal work that the organization is doing.
GBLS provides free legal assistance and representation on civil (noncriminal) matters to hundreds of the neediest residents in the city of Boston and surrounding region. When they have nowhere else to turn, low-income families, elders, people with disabilities, and many other underprivileged groups look to GBLS for help to secure the most basic necessities of life.
