In 10 years since 2014, KRC Research has worked with partners Weber Shandwick and United Minds to conduct several studies that explore the ways employees in countries around the world are speaking out on behalf of their organizations, practicing employee activism, and searching for purpose and the ability to make an impact in the workplace. A decade after the first edition of the Employees Rising study, we revisited the state of employee activism in a survey spanning 14 countries and six continents.
The results will likely leave every employer asking how they can continue to upend and recalibrate employee engagement efforts so that they earn value and drive maximum impact: on satisfaction, on retention, on productivity and on advocacy.
